Everything you need to succeed in 100 days — from idea validation to mainnet launch.
Foundation & Strategy
Step 1: Define Your DAO's Purpose
Document what problem your DAO solves, who it serves, and why decentralized governance is the right model. Write a one-page thesis.
Step 2: Design Token Economics
Define your token's utility, supply, distribution, and incentive mechanisms. Use the Token Economy Whitepaper template from your mentor.
Step 3: Map Governance Structure
Choose voting mechanisms (token-weighted, quadratic, conviction). Define proposal thresholds, quorum, and timelock periods.
Step 4: Community Incentive Framework
Design how contributors earn tokens, how rewards distribute, and what behaviors your DAO incentivizes.
Development & Deployment
Step 5: Deploy to Testnet
Use CIFI's no-code platform to deploy your governance and token contracts to XDC Testnet. Test all functions before mainnet.
Step 6: Security Review
Run Slither and Mythril on your contracts. Fix all critical and high-severity findings. Commission a full Smart Contract Audit (5,000 CIFI) before mainnet deployment if your DAO will custody meaningful capital.
Step 7: Build Your Front-End
Create a project landing page or dApp interface. Connect it to your deployed contracts on XDC.
Step 8: Complete Curriculum
Work through all 15 weekly modules — one video per week across the three phases. Understanding the code behind your DAO makes you a stronger founder.
Mainnet & Demo Day
Step 9: Mainnet Deployment
Deploy your finalized contracts to XDC Mainnet via CIFI's platform. Verify source code on the block explorer.
Step 10: Launch Token Shop
Set up your branded token storefront so your community can acquire your project's tokens. Request via Services (300 CIFI).
Step 11: Public Documentation
Publish your DAO's documentation — governance rules, tokenomics, and technical architecture — so your community can participate confidently.
Step 12: Demo Day Presentation
Prepare and deliver your pitch to CIFI's network of institutional investors, liquidity providers, and strategic partners.
